How do I use my Online Account?

Here’s what you can do with your Energy Locals MyAccount

First up – If you haven’t set up your account or forgot your password, no worries! Just click “Set your password” on the MyAccount Sign-In page and enter your registered email address. We’ll send you instructions to reset your password.

Track your electricity usage and spend 📉

Dive into your usage patterns, from monthly to daily, and even hourly (if your meter type supports it). Plus you can effortlessly switch between usage and spend in the top right corner. Visit My Usage.

Just a heads up: If you’re not logging in regularly, there might be a delay in updating your usage data.

Pay your bills and access your billing history 💲

Make payments on the go and manage all your billing in one convenient place. Visit Bills and Payments to keep your account in check.

Update your payment details or method 💳

Visit My Account>Payment Details to choose your preferred payment method or update the current BSB information.

Add another contact to your account 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Whether it’s your housemate, friend, or a loved one, you can easily give them access so they can help keep things running smoothly.
